Safe Driving

What are the rules for passing another vehicle?

Quick Answer

You may only pass on the left side of the road when it is safe to do so. Passing is prohibited on hills or curves where you cannot see 500 feet ahead, within 100 feet of an intersection or railroad crossing, when a solid yellow line is on your side, and in no-passing zones.
